Site Selection: Choose a weekly fantasy football site that offers league and contest types you prefer. Look for the the lowest juice and highest payouts. Find one that offers visa, mastercard and paypal deposits. See the best sites and reviews below.

League Selection: Weekly fantasy football offers you the ability to join new leagues every week. We enjoy playing in salary cap, ppr leagues, with large fields (1000+ owners) with low entry fees ($2-$5) and high payout places (200-300) with high payout for first place ($2000-$4000).

Draft Strategy: Draft new teams every week based on how the players will perform in that given NFL week. A player's salary cap number is set at the beginning of the week. If there are injuries or changes to players status', the salary cap number stays the same. Keep up with and find the best value players to fill out your roster and use up your available salary cap. Pick teams that will win against your competition.

Start 'em / Sit 'em: In weekly fantasy football, when you draft your team each week, that is your team. You can make changes to the team up until game time, but you don't have a bench, so the team you draft is the team you start. Use the lists below to see who are the highest ranked fantasy players for any given week.

Mock Drafts: When you play in one-week fantasy leagues, your mock drafts occur while you're drafting your team(s) for that week. Draft your team, then take a look to see if you need to update any position that is weak on your roster. Swap out players until you have a team of players that will all score double digit fantasy points for that week.

Site Selection: Choose a free fantasy football league management site to run your season long fantasy football league. See the best sites and reviews below.

League Selection: If you're like me, you've played in the same fantasy football league with your buddies for many years. You can also participate in online season long leagues with complete strangers.

Draft Strategy: Draft your team based on how they will perform during the entirety of the season. I like to employ the RB's early an often strategy, but I've seen many different strategies work to draft a winning fantasy football team. The key is to pick players who are going to score you fantasy points all season long.

Start 'em / Sit 'em: Start your studs every week. If Adrian Peterson is playing against the #1 ranked defense it doesn't matter. Start them every week. Analyze the average players on your roster and start those who stand the best chance to score points that week.

Mock Drafts: Participate in as many mock drafts as possible. This will help you determine where players are generally being taken. Use this info to to devise a strategy to get the team you want. Draft your players before the other owners get them, by knowing when your players come off the board. The more mocks you do the more you'll be able to see a definite pattern on how your draft will unfold.
